TERMS & CONDITIONS

L’Hôtel du Lac du Mont-Tremblant is pleased to confirm your reservation for a vacation with us. All reservations will be subject to the following terms & conditions.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit equivalent to the rate of the first night is required at time of reservation. The deposit shall be taken on the client’s credit card. This deposit is required at all times, except for the Holiday period. For the Holiday period, the full amount of the reservation shall be taken on the client’s credit card on November 1 and shall not be refundable nor transferable after that date.

CANCELLATION:
A reservation can be cancelled up to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date without fee, except for the Holiday period. No deposit shall be refunded for any cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date.
For the Holiday period (December 26 - January 1) , the full amount shall be taken on the client’s credit card on November 1 and shall not be refundable nor transferable thereafter. Any cancellation for this period must be made on or before 31 October.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Access to the Studios and Suites is planned for 4:30PM the day of arrival. During very busy periods, it is possible that access to the Studios or Suites may be delayed. In no event will we be able to guarantee early check-in.
Check-out is at 11:00AM on the day of departure. Late departure must be called in at the Reception Desk. Late departure may result in an additional fee being charged to the client.
